Services rendered by Dinner Meetings and equipment and venue locations provided by Dinner Meeting's partners are subject to the following terms and conditions. By using services or equipment from Dinner Meetings and our affiliates you are responsible for all of the guidelines and terms stated within the domain www.dinnermeetings.com, and this entire rental agreement.
The usage of “Dinner Meetings,” “we” or “our” is in reference to Dinner Meetings LLC. Dinner Meetings is also stated as the “lessor” within this agreement. The use within this agreement of “you” or “yours” is referring to the poster, or listing agent of businesses within Dinner Meeting’s Venue and Audio Visual Rental directories. These parties may also be referred to as “lessee(s)” renting equipment or ordering services from Dinner Meetings LLC.
Agreement
By submitting this form, you agree to all terms and conditions presented by DinnerMeetings.com. You are agreeing to request a quote from a 3rd party company that can now contact you based on the information you provided in your quote request form. Never give out credit card or personal information without looking into the company providing a quote for your event.
Our Services
Dinner Meetings offers an Event Board, Venue Directory and an Audio Visual Rental Directory for our users. Dinner Meetings operates as an intermediary between all of these (3) applications.
As an Intermediary Dinner Meetings facilitates a quote service between people and businesses. The equipment and services provided within Dinner Meetings are those of other companies. It is up to these companies to provide the best service, equipment and venue space to the people and businesses they interact with. Dinner Meetings wants to see all interactions between businesses and customers run with integrity and accountability on the behalf of both parties. Dinner Meetings will not be held responsible for delays, or faults between customers, venues and audio visual rental companies listed and posted within the Dinner Meetings website.
Event Board
Our Event Board is intended for people and businesses to be able to contact one another about Venue and Audio Visual services. Your event will be live on the Event Board for 2 weeks and then be deleted. Once your event has been deleted, you can repost at anytime.
If your event quote is fulfilled, please delete your event posting form the Event Board using the link in the Dinner Meetings confirmation you received when you originally posted your event.
Email Address’s: When submitting a quote request to our event board we ask that you provide your email address so we can send you a confirmation email of your posting; and so that companies can contact you with quotes for your event. Our email addresses are printed using JavaScript. This is to insure that Internet “Bots” can’t harvest your email address from our site.
Note: If you post anything on this board you are agreeing to allow companies to contact you by email or phone. Please only post requests relating to meetings, celebrations, parties or other personal/business events in need of Venues or Rental equipment. If for any reason you receive a quote or response that looks to be “Fake” or Fraudulent or spam, please forward the message to support@dinnermeetings.com.
Venue Directory
Our Venue Directory is intended for Venue owners to list their business and receive quotes from potential customers. Your Venue will be live in the Venue Directory once you fill out the required fields in the submittal area. Once your venue is live in the directory, it will be listed there until you decide to take it down.
Note: If you list your venue in the Venue Directory, you are allowing potential customers and Audio Visual Rental companies to contact you.
If for any reason you receive a quote or response that looks to be “Fake” or Fraudulent or spam, please forward the message to support@dinnermeetings.com.
Audio Visual Rental Company Directory
Our Audio Visual Directory is intended for Audio Visual Rental Company owners to list their business and receive quotes from potential customers. Your audio visual company will be live in the Audio Visual Rental Company Directory once you fill out the required fields in the submittal area. Once your Audio Visual Rental Company is live in the directory, it will be listed there until you decide to take it down.
Note: If you list your Audio Visual Rental Company in the Audio Visual Rental Company Directory, you are allowing potential customers and venues to contact you.
If for any reason you receive a quote or response that looks to be “Fake” or Fraudulent or spam, please forward the message to support@dinnermeetings.com.
Email Confirmation(s)
When you post to the Event Board, submit a Venue or Audio Visual Rental company to one of the Directories you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your submittal. These confirmation emails take between 10-15 minutes to show up in your email inbox. If you do not receive an email confirmation for your posting or listing, please send an email tosupport@dinnermeetings.com.
Quotes
Dinner Meetings provides a quoting service for Venues and Audio Visual Rental equipment. Fill out the information in the quote field and your request will be sent off to a Venue, Audio Visual rental Company or it will be posted on the Event Board all based on which quote button you click on.
The quotes that are submitted or requested are not replied to by Dinner Meetings. Venues and Audio Visual Rental Companies will answer these quotes. Companies will receive your quote directly; or view your quote request on the Dinner Meetings Event Board.
Do your research, and call the company that sends you a quote.

Credit Card Charges
Dinner Meetings does not charge for posting events to the Event Board or for basic listings in both the Venue and Audio Visual Rental Company directories.
If you receive a quote or are contacted by a venue or audiovisual rental company, always do your research to make sure the venue or rental company actually exists and is a legit business. If you are contacted by any business that seems to be dishonest or abusing the Dinner Meetings site, please contact Dinner Meetings immediately atsupport@dinnermeetings.com.
Lessor (Audio Visual Rental Companies & Venues) Responsibilities
Lessor agrees to provide the appropriate equipment or space as listed in their description or quote reply. The lessee is responsible to determine what hardware and/or software will be required to perform their desired tasks. Lessor agrees to provide all equipment in proper working order.
Lesse (Customer, Event Board poster) Responsibility
The lessee is responsible for the care and return of rental items and or venue space provided by all Lessors.
Substitution
Lessor reserves to the right to substitute equipment as long as the replacement item meets or exceeds the specifications of the original equipment reserved.
Loss, Theft and Damages
Companies listed on Dinner Meetings have their own policy for lost stolen or damaged equipment or meeting space. Please see each company’s policy for more information. Dinner Meetings is not responsible for ANY loss, theft or damage to ANY equipment or venue space.
Liability of Dinner Meetings
We will do our best to provide a safe site that generates results and makes people happy.
In no instance will Dinner Meetings be held accountable or liable for any type of losses, damages or expenses incurred by any party using Dinner Meetings for any reason. Malfunction, non-delivery, late delivery, natural disasters, meeting cancellations, monetary loss or loss of any kind is not the responsibility of Dinner Meetings. Rental equipment is sent out to the Lessee; these losses will not be held against Dinner Meetings and will be treated as a breach of contract relieving Dinner Meetings of all and any liability in a court of law or otherwise.
Data Usage
Dinner Meetings will only use Personal Information in a way that it was intended to be used, by the individual or business at the time it was submitted. Dinner Meetings will never sell/misuse/give out any personal information to any 3rd party. Personal Information will be deemed accurate, complete and current. The utmost care will be taken to insure that all of these items are taken care of and secure.
Web Site Links
Dinner Meetings has links to other web sites. Dinner Meetings is not responsible for the terms of use, privacy policies, services or content of these web sites.
Advertising
All of the ad’s and logo’s you see on Dinner Meetings are from companies that request to advertise on our website. We do our best to select companies that are legitimate and are the best at what they do.
All advertising is sold at a 3-month minimum rate. The terms stipulated in the advertising contract are clear and precise. If you have any questions please contact our advertising department at marketing@dinnermeetings.com
