- 1.) What does DinnerMeetings.com do?

DinnerMeetings.com is a resource for people and businesses to find the perfect venue and/or audio visual rental(s) for meetings, events and parties. This is all done through quote requests posted to our Event Board along with our Venue and Audio Visual Company directories.

- 2.) Does DinnerMeetings.com charge to send a quote, post a business or an event?
We do not charge for requesting or submitting quotes. There’s no charge for posting your business, venue or event. All of these services are free to everyone.
- 3.) Will my AV rental come from DinnerMeetings?
No. We operate solely as a "middle man" putting you and/or the right venue or AV company together. Venue's and AV companies will contact you based on your Event Board posting, or quote request sent directly to them.
- 4.) How do I delete my Event Board posting?
Your event board posting will be live until your deadline for a quote is reached, and then it will be deleted. To delete your posting manually, locate the confirmation email you originally received. There is a "Delete Posting" link on this confirmation. Click this link and your posting will be deleted.
- 5.) How do I delete my Venue Directory posting?
Your Venue Directoy listing will be live until you wish to delete it. To delete your listing manually, locate the confirmation email you originally received. There is a "Delete Listing" link on this confirmation. Click this link and your Directory listing will be deleted.
- 6.) How do I delete my AV Company Directory posting?
Your Audio Visual Directoy listing will be live until you wish to delete it. To delete your listing manually, locate the confirmation email you originally received. There is a "Delete Listing" link on this confirmation. Click this link and your Directory listing will be deleted.
- 7.) What if I lost my email confirmation from DinnerMeetings?
If you lost your e-mail confirmation from DinnerMeetings, no fear. Please send us an email to support@dinnermeetings.com and we will delete your posting from our event board.
- 8.) I want to advertise on DinnerMeetings. How?
